Yoga Ma Meditation program
Meditation
is an ancient practice and is the culmination of the Yoga practice. There are different approaches to meditation including Zen meditation,Transcendental meditation, Mantra Meditation and others. They all ultimately all have the same goal which can be called " Awakening" or "Enlightenment" and they are all equally valid. A particular approach to meditation may be more suitable for some whilst it doesn't resonate so much with others. The regular practice of meditation has many wonderful and beneficial effects on our lives: it may bring a deep calmness , greater understanding and equanimity and a strong sense of compassion to our lives. To have a place and a group to meditate with will help you to develop your practice.
